I think it's incredibly unreasonable to block new patients from setting an appointment if they don't provide ALL documents from a previous provider, but give no digital option for accepting those documents. That means I have to wait 30 days to request all records from the previous provider, pay for them to print out some maybe hundred pages, then fax them to the office. Use MyChart like everyone else or figure it out, don't block patients from access to care because you cannot modernize.

Yo tuve y tengo una mala experiencia aii yo estoy embarazada y soy menor de edad pero eso no tiene nada que ver para que me traten así para empezar dos de las recepcionistas me trataron muy mal solo por no saber inglés y no solo una vez si no que con esta son dos veces y yo por respeto no dije nada pero no deberían de tratar así a las personas si no les gusta trabajar aii mejor retírense por que como latinas deberían de ayudar a las personas hispanas por algo son latinas y hablan español.👎🏻

Customer service is very ignorant and unmannered. I did not have a good time with the call I was on hold for a hour and a half just to be hung up on. I do not like your Customer service
