EDIT: Still fighting to get them to resubmit the claim. It's been over six months. Check how they're billing your insurance before you leave. I went for my annual appt, and the doctor commented on how I hadn't been to a primary care physician in some time. The office proceeded to bill my insurance for BOTH an annual gyno visit AND an annual wellness check. I don’t think that I expect too much from the check in/check out process, but this staff is extremely rude in a place where patients can feel very vulnerable. I don’t feel like I am given an open space to have questions answered with my doctor nor do I have a feeling of body autonomy. All around, an uncomfortable place to be. I had to transfer here due to change of insurance and I have dreaded every second of it. I will be going back to my old OBGYN and paying out of pocket.
When they put a one star review believe them, the front desk staff are really unprofessional specially that big lady that sits in the back before you exit she think she own the place, i moved from out of state and they have been taking my insurance , at my second appointment since i let the practice nurse know that my insurance doesnt cover medical at the pharmacy she proceeds to ask me where its from and then goes to tell the big lady, i never had a problem with it the FIRST time so its funny lol, will be going to a new pra... read more
