I never had issues with this practice until recently. I had gotten an iud placed because of misinformation from here and my dermatologist that it would help my acne. Within the last 3 months I began to have painful complications with it. The day of my appointment they called to cancel 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment, while I live 30 mins away and doctors always want you to get there 15 mins early. I have been coming here for years and today was in and out in 20 minutes for my annual appointment- after arriving at my scheduled time I was immediately taken back and seen by Dr. Hincapie who is so lovely and attentive! She has previously done an IUD insertion for me and made me feel calm and safe during the procedure. Highly recommend this office!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Taylor and Dr. Kraus. Dr. Taylor delivered my first baby and also performed my D&C after a miscarriage. She was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate through both joyful and heartbreaking moments. She explained everything clearly and made sure we always felt supported and informed. I was really disappointed today. I worked as a nurse at Martha Jefferson for 5 years. I always thought I would deliver there. I struggled with infertility for 5 years and then after having medical complications during IVF my wife graciously agreed to carry my embryo. I was excited to go to Jefferson OBGYN because I always heard good things about the practice. My experience unfortunately was the opposite.
