I have been here since 2019 and have seen many changes with management, and maintenance. But overall, I would like to say that I enjoy living here at Jefferson Oaks Apartments. The only thing is I wish that there is a way that whatever is necessary to keep the maintenance person is done, because if there keep being changes in the maintenance worker then the building won't be kept up as it should. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The property manager Trishina is horrible. These pictures was right after I got my keys. The unit was completely nasty and nobody cared to clean it or repair anything mind you this is DAY 1 of me moving in! Nothing ever got repaired. The staff at Jefferson oaks does not care about you they just want their money. My dishwasher was also broke and they did nothing to fix it. Washer and dryer never worked properly. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The property manager Trishina is horrible. These pictures was right after I got my keys. My 2 year was shocked by one of the plugs because they never replaced my sockets to the plugs let alone repaired anything on these photos. Good place for drama and frequent police calls..ignored and heartless management. Never have never given me back my despoit back. held mail over 6months... still have it..
I wish I could give 0 stars, the address isn’t even on the map yet. It’s been 2 years . Every time I order a package, it’s Dosent deliver right. I’m sick of this. -Edit: Dec 2024, it’s been almost 5 years and these delivery companies still be dropping our packages anywhere! I can’t with this address anymore. And if you put a complaint in about anything that needs fixing be ready to wait over a year before they’ll even call you back . This place a joke fr !
