Terrible organization. From start to finish. In order to get appointment your screened as if you don’t belong there. Staff all the way around have terrible attitudes. Disgusting, Takes forever, don’t bother when it’s your money and time. Plenty of other reputable facilities.
Dr. Prasad did cervical surgery on me. It was actually on Valentine’s Day so I asked him if he got his wife something. He said yes. Now exactly one year for my last visit with him, I asked him if he was ready for Valentine’s Day. He said yes. I must say he is without a doubt the kindness Doctor I ever had. He explains things and shows you what the surgery entails. Oh, I almost forgot I didn’t have any pain after the surgery. He’s the best and I recommend him to everyone.
