I love Monika Dr. Thoppil, but her office staff is completely incompetent. In the past two years, they have yet to return a phone call for prescription renewal from the pharmacy (and we have several prescriptions), they have called in the WRONG dosage to the wrong pharmacy at least half a dozen times, and when I tried to discuss this with their office manager, I had to leave a message for a phone call that was never returned. For all your medical needs. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff is well organized, know their duties, hospitable, with their primary focus on you. The waiting is'nt very long. I was even given a bottle of water. The primary doctor of this establishment took their time to listen to my concerns about the health and wellness for my loved one. In these uncertain times it was very much appreciated, and I look forward to them taking care of my loved one to insure their wellness and continue their life for as long as possible... read more
Dr. Cannon was awesome. Now that he has retired Dr. Rogers has taken his place and has a problem with being on time. If you like to sit in the waiting area well past your appointment time, this is your place. If not, move on.
