RecommendedOf all the nursing homes I have lived at, this one is the best. The staff is very friendly, and get things taken care of. It is also very clean.
RecommendedI work with some amazing people at JM, I have coworkers that are there for you if needed, a great place to work!
They allow nurses to bring in their young children and spend the night there in an empty room so the mom can work her 12 hour shift. They don’t follow through on complaints and don’t follow procedure to notify the correct entity of the wrongdoing. Recently, they have allowed a nurse to leave the state for personal reasons and return to work with no quarantine before returning. That action alone puts everyone at risk.
RecommendedThe office staff folks are efficient while being kind and pleasant. My husband was a resident there because because I knew there therapy department to be the best. I work there in Housekeeping. Our housekeeping crew our laundry crew, our boss, Danny Finnell work hard for our residents. Yes it is a good place.
I really enjoyed my stay Jefferson Manor I enjoyed it so much I did not want to leave they really spoiled me for sure, I say Thanks to all the staff there.
I have been here for several months in therapy and this place is great!!! From the nurse's to the aides, to the therapists, to the cleaning crew, to the administration and office staff, everyone goes out their way to make you as comfortable as possible and do everything they could for you... if you have to have therapy or need to find a place for your loved one to live this is definitely a great place to call home!
