Dr. Chan is a good doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients. When he says he is going to do something related to your care, he follows through!
Well, I not coming here for 10 years and returning I think it’s Worst. A doctor gave me labs for over 20 tubes of blood. The lab tech that was taking my blood said that she orders the same labs for every patient that comes through for Dr. RICE. We can’t possibly all have the same condition. She even had a TB test up there. I’m hurting every day in jeopardy of losing my job and I feel like she is playing with my life. Dr. Deputy is great! He is friendly and professional. He is always willing to answer any questions I have regarding my treatment.
Does not listen to you and rushes you out the door. She does not take the time to talk to you about your concerns or issues, she is more worried preventative care versus actual acute issues. She falsely or did not accurately document in my chart and made false statements. Be careful. This is not the first time this has happened to me with her, but this was the last straw.
Dr. Chan takes the time to explain his concerns, test needed and treatment plan. He and his staff work to provide excellent customer support.
I am so pleased to be seeing Dr. Chan. He is experienced, knowledgeable on current treatment options, kind and takes time to listen and respond. I have complete faith in his care. I also want to shout out to the office staff. Kind, caring and helpful
Dr. Keenan is very bright and enthusiastic and had a friendly demeanor. He took a very detailed medical history and did a thorough exam. However, I felt he spent too much time talking about pain theory and we watched part of a YouTube video about it. This made me feel that because he did not find a specific reason for my pain, he was implying my pain was somehow phantom or only in my mind, which was insulting.
