Your policy according to your representative is that a call has to be made 20 mins prior to bus departure and a $20.00 reissuing fee. This presents so many issues for your valued customers due to the fact that your customer service is depleted. Jefferson Lines is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Twice, they've canceled my bus; the second time with only one day's notice—too late to make other arrangements. This alone is frustrating, but not damning. The thing that makes them irredeemably horribly is their refund policy. Tickets are nonrefundable, even if they cancel your trip. You can transfer your tickets to another trip, but they charge you $20 for the transfer. You need to wait on the phone for hours, get hung up on dozens of times, and argue with... read more
Really bad experience from Jefferson line .....11/13 I booked ticket from Albert lea to stpaul union .at 2:30 am ....the bus left earlier than usual time this is fourth time happening this ...when I call customer service they cannot reissue the ticket and they asking for $20 .extra fee .... It's really unbelievable ....they not provided proper service and they charging extra ....
Just wanted to say that the Jefferson lines bus driver that took me safely to Fayetteville Arkansas is the most nicest and sweetest understanding driver on my trip Mr bill is a very nice guy he really truly seems to care about his passages on bus 0113 he is also super kind and he should be able to have a better pay from all the hard work this man really does over long hours of driving to Canada wow I am really impressed with him please keep him around Jefferson lines
I’ve spent a solid chunk of my afternoon today writing reviews of Jefferson Bus Lines on every major website, because I figure that if I can convince one person not to do business with them, it’s a job well done. This company is a scam that isn’t afraid to rip off your hard-earned money. I’m out $240 dollars because their website issued me a wrong ticket, and they wouldn’t fix it. Never trust this company. Bus got canceled and I was not informed until I got to the station. They then refused to refund me. Apparently they can cancel at any time and then still make you pay for the service they failed to provide. Choose any other method of transportation and you will be better off.
