I worked for this company , it does have a large turnover of temps and fulltime employees . Closer scrutiny is needed by their HR of some of their management pertaining to ethics , conduct , fairness , equality .

As another review post stated women are taken advantage of . I have seen this myself when I was employed on second shift. at JIC. The manager of second shift had certain women he gave advantage and status to and these women used it over other employees to the point of hostile. Other employees either had to support it or oppose it. It caused division among employees and morale. The constant flow of employees was not positive. Its never been corrected and I doubt this factory has any interest in doing so.

I"m interested in responses from people that work for now or have in the past as to the culture, management environment. Is the company proactive, reactive, is it a team environment or does it just think it is like a lot of Japanese companies are?

I had the opportunity to work for this company. It was a decent job until my manager fired me. I was a forklift driver doing a good job and for some reason my manager was on a forklift in my area were he and no one else was supposed to be unless your job required it. We were going the same way with him in front of me. When I got to the aisle I was going to turn in he stopped his lift so hard it left skid marks.
