Don't get me wrong, I've had horrid experiences w/ Jefferson Hospital BUT the last couple of times I went... they were AAHHH-MAZING! The nurses (I wish I could remember their names) treated me like someone who has insurance. Those who don't have insurance know what I mean!! There was no wait. Once they get your vitals you go straight to a room. That's when the entire staff comes to life lol seriously its like you have a revolving door w/ someone ready & willing to help!! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the bedside manner was decent. I came in complaining of intense stomach pain on the right side (I’d been dealing with it for a week). I was in excruciating pain and I cried as the doctor pressed my stomach for tenderness. I told the doctors about my family history and how I would not be surprised if it was my gallbladder. when there last night with my wife 8/8/23 checked in they took us to the back the rooms in the back of the er had no a/c it was hotter in the rooms then it was outside they kept closing the door making it even hotter their was no one else there but us the sheets on the bed was nasty like they havent been changed in days trash was over ran

I come here often because I translate for non English speakers and I have had rude nurses before but no one beats the one I had today, she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence and started raising her voice at me after I tried to finish what I was saying and she seemed really annoyed while I was trying to translate. I hope someone is actually looking at the reviews because this lady was extremely rude
