Jefferson uses sub standard materials in there building. It’s been three year and some of issues are not resolved yet. The material they used is not up to the standard. Not satisfied with their workmen ship.
Called JEFFERSON Homes to request help with the paint colours used in our recently purchased 1.5 year old JEFFERSON home; within 15 minutes Ryan Jackson, Operations Associate had returned my call and within an hour I had received an email from Ryan detailing all of the paint colours used in each room. Ryan was a life saver; and treated us as though we were the original home owners. Thank you Ryan!
Had a good experience. The services provided after possession were topnotch. Kudos to the Service Manager Max Huezo. He constantly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company.
JEFFERSON/FOREVER HOMES, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PEOPLE TO DELA WITH. MAX. EVEN WORSE. SPREADS RUMOURS ABOUT US TO OUR NEIGHBOURS LEFT A HUGE MESS IN OUR HOME . VERY INCOMPETENT CLEANING LADYS WHO CANT SPEAK ENGLISH. HE ALSO LIED SAYING HE WOULD DO THINGS AND NEVER DID. MAX IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF THAT COMPANY SUCH A TERRIBLE PERSON AND I WOULD NEVER TRUST HIM inMY HOME ALONE.
Max was the best very professional and helped resolve all issues.
