A very small social distancing mask wearing. party outside was allowed for my mom's 104 birthday..it was a great surprise for my mom...THANK YOU...it was very much appreciated....thank you all.....

My sister is there, called and had 2 days to prepare for her, gets transported on a 23 degree night , can't get it cause the elevator is out ( yes seriously) the em screw has to climb up another ramp to get to 2nd floor that nobody has the code to open the door. Then bad to worse... not the correct bed for her , no potty, no phone no tv ..final straw ... can someone bring your medications from home . She was also told she would have wi-fi. If she can't do her work , they can't get paid ... smdh. How do places like this stay ... read more

Short staffed, yinz need to hire more people to be better able to respond to patients esp when they need to go to the bathroom.

While as a resident of the rehabilitation center I found a great staff,caring people and a great place. I would recommend this place to my friends as well. They tended all my needs and have a great physical therapy area and helped me get my health back. The Administrative team is on point, even the big Boss stays active and makes the rounds you don’t see that at a lot of places. The meals are well made so you do eat good as well,so I would give this place 5 stars...
