Nice place!! However, hard to access due to construction upon entry from the main road and traffic is thick. Also, only two assigned parking spots for each resident so limited parking for visitors.
I thankfully was able to sell my condo in 2022 after living there for 12 years. The buildings are showing their age and need a lot of TLC. When I was there i had rotting wood on my back door and my fence was falling down. I was told by the HOA they didn’t have the money to fix anything. Meanwhile, the people on the Board were replacing their own fences. The HOA dues are extremely steep for pretty much nothing.
