Jefferson Hospice was an integral part of my Dad being able to die at home comfortably and at peace. My mother and I will forever be grateful for the 24/7 medical support staff. All staff we worked with were kind, well educated, hardworking and compassionate. A special thank you to Dune and Lindsey for being absolutely amazing nurses.
All of the nurses and support staff here were perfectly kind, respectful and caring. True professionals who are great at their job. A very, very hard job. These are the people you want to have around during the worst month / week / day of your life. I’m so thankful.
Jefferson Healthcare Hospice positioned itself as a partner but failed to deliver on this promise. There are great constraints across all forms of healthcare due to COVID-19, however, once resources were secured for in-home care to assist our family with my father's dying process, the level of care and advisement provided was insufficient.
