Alicia M was very inflexible/unaccommodating with appointment availablties . So I took some initiative to schedule my own appointments in the Mycharts Patient Portal, (it's wonderful! check it out if you're a patient and you're not you're not using it!) and in the portal, I found some appointment availability options with my providers that she didn't discuss with me
Terry L. Lindsay, APN, was very kind, professional, and patient. She truly listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. She also had a student named Ann with her, who was very nice and respectful. I appreciated the care and attention from both of them.
Been seeing Dr Chris Dick for years. Know his father and he is a very respectful young doctor that you would love to have for your health needs.
