Edit: Honestly the jokes write themselves with their response. "Call us." No, stupid. Give patients an actual phone number instead of making them call some answering service that forwards a message that then requires them to wait for a call back. What is even going on with our healthcare system? This is an unacceptable way to manage communications. I scheduled an appointment to see NP Stephanie Marano for a whole body skin check. The address that I was provided during scheduling took me to a primary care office that was not affiliated with Jefferson. I called the office to let them know that I was having a hard time finding their location and to let them know I was running a few minutes late as I had to correct the address I had been provided. I waited six months for this appointment and had to travel and hour and 30 minutes away from Philadelphia, they sent me away because I was 3 minutes beyond the 15min grace period even though I completed check-in online and had already paid my co-pay. Terrible way to treat patients after such a long drive.
To be honest, I am not sure where all the negative reviews regarding staff are coming from. Check in was quick, was seen within 5 min of appointment time and everyone was nice, courteous, and friendly. I had a very positive experience at this location as I have with any Jefferson location I have been to. Sadly, most people only write negative reviews.
