Brett A. Garber, DO was horrible. Just not a pleasant person or experience. He clearly did not become a doctor to help people. He’s in it for the money. Edit: Honestly the jokes write themselves with their response. "Call us." No, stupid. Give patients an actual phone number instead of making them call some answering service that forwards a message that then requires them to wait for a call back. What is even going on with our healthcare system? This is an unacceptable way to manage communications. I scheduled an appointment to see NP Stephanie Marano for a whole body skin check. The address that I was provided during scheduling took me to a primary care office that was not affiliated with Jefferson. I called the office to let them know that I was having a hard time finding their location and to let them know I was running a few minutes late as I had to correct the address I had been provided.
