The doctors in this office show extreme care for your well-being, your physical health and your mental health. The office staff are also so sweet and kind. I’ve never had a problem with scheduling an appointment and I’m always seen quickly.
Scheduled an appt over two months ago for a sleep study. Took the day off work, and was going to drive an hour and fifteen mins one way to get to the appt because it was the only one they could find me after weeks of waiting on a list. Office called and Canceled the appointment on me THE MORNING of with zero explanation. Absolute joke, no I will not be rescheduling
Tried to make an appointment and can only be done through tele visit. We are almost 3 years in to COVID and were still doing tele visits only. I've done the tele visits before and wound up at urgent care because I was misdiagnosed through tele visit and cost me over $100 due to the copay for tele visit and then copay for urgent care. Lasti time I checked you can't look in someone's ears, throat, listen to their chest through the phone/computer. Then Drs wonder why people put off going to them. I am super pleased with Dr Andrew Mcbride for all of his attention to my breathing needs. I've been on almost every inhaler in the chart and nothing has worked for me. When I was referred to him I was very hopeful and now that he has done soo much for me and has gotten to the bottom of my pulmonary issues, I couldn't be more pleased! If you feel as though your current treatment is doing a thing for you, switch to Jefferson Pulmonary and Dr McBride and I guarantee you'll breathe much better!
I have been with out my medication for over a month multiple times because of the horrible receptionist management at this location ever since Jefferson took over. I’ve been going to Kennedy 10+ years and have now finally decided it’s in my best interest to find a well managed practice. I would never recommend going here if there’s anything you need taken care of correctly the first second or even third time.
