When I first visited the neurosurgeon at Jefferson in Washington Township, I felt hopeful because he initially seemed attentive. However, once my case became more complicated and the cause of my pain wasn’t immediately clear, I no longer felt heard or supported. Waste of gas, waste of a copay, even bigger waste of time. Been waiting for an appointment since November only to have a 20 minute conversation.
All the nurse staff and doctors that I have encountered have been wonderful! I’m not sure why the ratings are so low but they deserve 5 stars!
