IF I COULD GIVE -100, I would!!! Whichever office "Dominque" works for, DONT GO! I don't know what her position is there and dont care! My father will not be seen in the office she works in. She is rude, disrespectful and ignorant! I received a call from her to straighten out the reason my father was coming in. Not good!! Dr Zefferen and his team will not return calls and Dr Zefferen will leave you without medication that he wrote!! Very unprofessional!

Moving to New Jersey and trying to maintain my health with special doctors was and still insane. I was put on a Cpap machine for severe sleep apnea and was never given one after testing. I also was not able to continue with medical issues that I was dealing with for my GYN doctor. It was like the doctors completely refused to do an exam for years. My doctors in Philadelphia with Temple and Chestnut Hill was so much more caring as well as responsible..

I have been trying to get a sleep study done since May 2022 and it’s now February 2023 and I could practice and I’m not very happy
