LOVE Dr. Furlong but have issue with staff. I had a car problem on day of appointment. I called and said that I would be 20-30 minutes late. I also said that if that did not work to please let me know and I would make appointment another time. No Reply. Called 4 times and again when I got home. I am now in the position of trying to find profinder who accepts my insurance. Dr Furlong, If you see this, I am sorry to leave you. My diabetes has been out of control and I am trying to find help.June Raymond
Everyone is so nice from reception to Drs.and Nurses.I have been going here for over 25 yrs.
The nicest person at my visit was Christina at the front desk. She smiled and cared. The medical assistant Jackie not nice to me at all. The Nurse practitioner Amanda didn't even examine me. I paid 50$ and no exam at all. No heart check or lungs nothing! Apparently they don't care. I am coming into your house learn at little bit of empathy. Find a different place to go too. Thanks
