Kind and compassionate staff. On time for appointments. Gentle and progressive communication and care.
I having bern going here on and off about 4yrs. I thought they were nice at 1st but the more I needed to go I realized they act like hs kids gossiping about patients and showing how disrespectful and unprofessional they truly are.... I have low iron and hemoglobin so I need to see a hemotologist but I would not recommend them. I have been waiting 2 1/2mths to get iron and they have told me several times they would call me back or speak to the Dr and yet nobody responds back... Lack of staff so nasty and not following your reports,Dr push on you in surgery that don't educate me ..all rush , you have vascular desease and heart issues thyroid didn't bother to follow my medical and rush me for hysterectomy with our follow a cat scan .I was constant brush time . Make appointment then Dr cancelled on you. I wasn't safe at all.. Didn't respect me and staff was awful to you Horrible when your battle this first time and scared . They laugh at me . The nurse practitioner was great however calling to get appointments is beyond ridiculous I waited on hold for over an hour and no one answered. I called again a day later waited 15 mins someone answered and transferred me to a voicemail.
