First time here was November 18th with Dr. Loose i maybe sat in the waiting room for about 5-10 minutes before i was taken back to basically a walk in appointment that i schedule the same day! I appreciate the ladies and how nice they were at the front! Thank you!
Literally sat with my immunodeficient wife in the er waiting room for 7 HOURS!! While her chest was pressurizing and sharp consistent pain going up her carotid artery. Not only is this type of wait absolutely ridiculous professionally, but it borders professional negligence and dereliction. Keep this up and your hospital is gonna be sued out of existence. Not only did we leave and go all the way up to St. Marys where she was diagnosed with a small blockage in her artery, but they had her in and admitted within an hour. Its a... read more
