Waiting for them to call and verify the second prescription going on 48 hrs. I have been waiting to use the bathroom normally for a few months now. I suffer from chronic kidney failure. Dr was very nice and accurate but the staff, When it comes to pre-authorization, in my opinion is very slow. To sit on the phone and be put on hold for 30+ minutes isn’t what I call great service. The office manager, Nashika, is more competent in holding loose ground than she is in proactively problem solving a patient issue. And the nurse practitioner, Francesca, had more than enough time to discuss with the office staff for a few minutes to just reschedule me, despite my having made it within the grace period for holding an appt, than to actually see me. Worst Jefferson office I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Dr Foster is amazing. I was so bad off with Gastroparesis by time Drs were done toying with me. Dr Foster went right to work with meds and an immediate treatment plan thru medical procedures. Staff has always been very kind. Never had any issues scheduling or rescheduling procedures. I recommend Dr Foster to everyone.

I found it best to enter the complex where Cooper Landing Rd and Valley Run Dr intersect. The small parking lot out front fills up early, so you may choose to park in the larger parking garage (NO WORRIES - IT'S FREE!!!), like I did. As this was my first visit here, I found it easy to navigate through the hospital with help from the friendly staff. The hospital was CLEAN! It even smelled nice, not like a hospital. My doctor, Dr. Dina Halegoua-DeMarzio, is so freaking awesome. She is insightful, explaining the details of havi... read more
