Worst Experience – Second Time My mother recently stayed at this facility for a one-week respite. Stay This is the second time we’ve had issues, and once again, she returned home missing personal belongings — this time clothing and a pair of earrings. I reported this multiple times to the admissions office, the assistant director, the floor supervisor, as well as nursing and caregiving staff.
