Worst Experience – Second Time My mother recently stayed at this facility for a one-week respite. This is the second time we’ve had issues, and once again, she returned home missing personal belongings — this time clothing and a pair of earrings. I reported this multiple times to the admissions office, the assistant director, the floor supervisor, as well as nursing and caregiving staff. To date, I have received no answers and no resolution. The staff makes the facility a joy especially Carmen!
This facility is an excellent place to be—whether you're a staff member or a patient. The leadership team is truly devoted and caring. Special mention to the Administrator, Jay, and the Director of Nursing, Patricia—they both go above and beyond. Highly recommend this facility!
Quite possibly the worst experience. Absolutely zero decent communication. Everyone you speak to has a different answer to what’s asked. Seems no one communicates at all. Do not put your family here!
