I received a guide to follow which was 50 pages on the app. I asked for a hard copy sent to me and I offered to pay the shipping fee. I was told that it could not be done due to HIPAA laws. Every time I need to look at it I would have to go to my phone. How can that be any help? I wish I knew that before. I would not recommend this company.
