I am a patient of Darina Nuri, NP at the Jefferson weight management center and she’s been a wonderful provider. Not only is she very familiar with the current weight loss medications, she encourages healthy lifestyle and diet changes. I’m very happy with my experience at this center. I would like to see the TJ Weight Loss Clinic offer in-office body composition testing.
Called several times a day for 5 days and was never able to speak to an operator. "All operators are busy" messages constantly.
I'm not sure why the bad reviews. My mother is a patient here and I have had nothing but excellent experiences. The staff is amazing and attentive. Every time that I have needed to call, I get exceptional services, I would venture to say above and beyond what normally takes place at other locations that I have frequented. Horrible customer service from the front desk to the physicians. This extension of Jefferson is a disgrace they need to close this location
All Physicians are great. It's the wait time on the phone that burns me up. Picking up the phone and saying PLEASE HOLD is horrible customer service, especially for a medical facility; find out a little about the issue first. I feel like there could be some extra training for those young ladies sitting the front desk. Tighten up the phone etiquette please.
