I called this complex this morning from another state,The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and made me very welcoming.
I can say that my sister lived there from the first day they made them and they never failed for 5 to 6 years, on the other hand, I have already gone to get an apartment and they tell me that they will help me and they never even call me, they even made me sign up on a list of five months ago and until now they haven't even called me.
Unfortunately, I am unable to leave a positive review due to the disappointing service my fiancé and I received. Upon our arrival, the young lady with red hair was on the phone. When she noticed us, she seemed visibly upset that we interrupted her call and proceeded to speak to us in a discourteous manner. Prior to our visit, Ms. Pearson had emailed me following a phone conversation where I was instructed to bring two money orders, pay stubs, and identification to begin the application process, as I live out of state.
