I can't quite figure these guys out. Nice voices, sweet and welcoming, but just can't handle the masks. When I got my meds there I repeatedly asked one of the pharmacists to keep his mask up at the register. I finally gave up and moved to another pharmacy. Went back many months later to pick up meds for a friend and the other pharmacist played this odd little peekaboo thing with his mask at the register. Up and down, up and down. every single experience i have had at jefferson family pharmacy is wonderful! i am always treated with compassion, kindness and care. every time i have had a question for the pharmacist, no matter how busy he is, he will pause his work to help me understand/resolve whatever i was inquiring about! i have always had prescriptions ready very soon after they are received, no long wait or hassle. a big difference i see with jeff. family is that everyone seems to enjoy working there and are passionate about what they do. i’d highl... read more
