I lost an old filling with some of the tooth breaking down also. While it wasn't a drop everything emergency, it needed addressed sooner rather than later. The staff worked to fit me into their schedule as soon as they could. After getting into the chair, the tooth was evaluated and we made the decision on how to proceed. They started the process for a crown, staying late to finish. Final fitting in a couple weeks.
They did a great job making sure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment!
I've had bad experiences before so I just kind of quit going, but everyone was very nice, explained my options and I left with a plan, and plan to actually come back!
