Horrible customer service. If you can get away with not using them, don’t! They do not care about their customers and are extremely RUDE. They also won’t take a credit report that is an 800 within 10 days and want to pull it on their own despite theirs being a soft pull. People don’t want their credit pulled that care about their credit, and they do not care. You either pay $350 or let them run it. Their flippant attitudes are not something they should be acceptable. The absolute worst electric utility ever... if the wind blows you lose electricity... simply the worst
They fake you money for granted i dont use that many lights and i asded some on there yesterday and work up with a negitive poor communication
I live in the area off of Farmers Bridge road and Pine Needle road area in Hephzibah Burke county . I work at the mall in the food court and have served coffee to several of the great linemen that are here helping out Augusta after Helene hurricane. Several of the linemen informed me that they were kicked out of our area by Jefferson electric company!!! We have no power since 9/27/24 we do understand that it's going to take time but the fact that I can't get no one on the phone and no updates on the time it might take to restore our power is outrageous almost all ga power customers are back up and running but in still here stuck with candles cause this company doesn't care about us at this time
