More and more bull charges on top of others. They won't just nickel and dime you to death, they'll tell you it's your fault. What a joke. I've tested to see how many kwh we actually use and it's nowhere near what they say. They charged us for days during Helene when we had no power, said we used $8-$15 daily lol
I was only 2 days late on paying my bill and they charged me a late fee. Pretty extreme. Cuatomer service said it was automatic. Pretty extreme
Horrible customer service. If you can get away with not using them, don’t! They do not care about their customers and are extremely RUDE. They also won’t take a credit report that is an 800 within 10 days and want to pull it on their own despite theirs being a soft pull. People don’t want their credit pulled that care about their credit, and they do not care. You either pay $350 or let them run it. Their flippant attitudes are not something they should be acceptable.
