This location is great! I had a deep clean this morning and they made sure pain level was minimal. The office is clean and the staff is very nice. I Highly recommend the Westworth Village location.
The worse dental experience. My son needed 2 root canals. First lasted 8hrs. The 2nd appt was 5hrs. The majority of the time was him waiting for the Dr to finish other patients before he was circled back to. First appt was at 1:45pm and we left close to 8pm!! 2nd appt was at 10am, finished close to 4pm. That’s alone screams unsanitary. I spoke to a few different dental professionals and they advised root canals usually don’t exceed 2hrs.Once crowns were ready, they didn’t fit. Took my grand daughter in for appointment, found out her medicaid was not active. Erik told us about Sonrisa Dental Insurance. So my granddaughter was still able to keep her appointment. He also explained about a payment for her treatments she is going to need. Erik was very helpful, very patient and very friendly. The whole staff there are very friendly and Professional. Very Awesome place. We'll be going back in May for my grand daughter's treatment.
Thank you for a very pleasant experience. I came into your office in a lot of pain but your very knowledgeable and courteous staff took care of my issue quickly and completely. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a dentist.
