My experience at Jefferson Dental in North Richland Hills was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I had a 9:45 a.m. appointment and arrived early at 9:35. I spent well over an hour and a half in the office and left without even getting my teeth cleaned. During that time, they took what felt like 50 X-rays, a hygienist examined my teeth, then the dentist examined them, and finally I was sent to another employee whose job was to discuss treatment plans and costs.
