Paid 900$ to be late on our taxes and end up owing 1500$ to VA tax .poor communication and asking everyone but the business owner for necessary info.all in all had they asked me and asserted themselves into the situation. The questions would have been answered promptly and we could have mitigated the extension. We were treated as a low priority and charged astronomically.
Could not be more pleased with the wonderful staff at the Jefferson CPA Group! I needed someone to help keep us straight with owning two businesses and they have made it a breeze. So easy to work with, great people, and they do a fantastic job!!
