You are all doing an amazing job of fixing problems. A special thanks to the linemen who go out in the storms, often risking their lives, to restore and repair. Keep up the good work!

61 minutes from a fried squirrel and popped transformer to lights on. Thanks PUD!

I have continuously paid my bill as much as I can. I had no job for a while and got behind. Now I am working very hard and paying twice a month to try to catch up, yet they turned off my water. How am I supposed to work with no ability to shower or clean my dishes? I also need to drink water or I will get sick. I could understand if I stopped paying, but I am paying over the amount of my bill each and every month. PUD has no heart.

We live on Schwartz Road and it is now 9:37 p.m. and we still have no power. We have been without power since 5:45 a.m. Marrowstone Island has power except for 8 houses on Schwatz road. Why did PUD maintenance leave knowing they sid not restore everyone's power? I find this unacceptable. There are people that live in homes that depend on electricity for there heat. It is 22 degrees. The people working answering service are so rude and hang up on you.

State of emergency snowstorm or 60mph wind driven rain, you guys have the fastest response to outages during the worst weather imaginable.

Our power here in Gardiner goes out frequently and it is usually a long wait to restore power. This company needs to think about prevention, keeping trees off or near power lines, and investing in more equipment or whatever is needed for a more rapid response.
