Terrible over the phone service. I am requesting records and all i am told is to go online. Whomever works the front needs better training on customer service

Jefferson County has been nothing but a horror story. I applied for benefits after breaking my arm and was told that I can find out immediately whether I am approved or not. Jefferson County waited three weeks after several calls and attempts of me getting a hold of them and talking to people and getting absolutely nowhere. This delayed my surgery and it caused me tons of pain now my snap benefits that were approved on the 11th have been put on hold and Jefferson County is only open Monday through Thursday.
