I have been trying to get a copy of my medical records for 2 months and every time I call them or show up at their office I’m given a different excuse, everything from we’re not technologically advanced at this office, to our office managers in California, and we don’t know when she’ll be back. It’s not that hard to get a copy of a medical record, but for some reason this office refuses to relinquish anything at all.
