My spouse and I really don’t like the way that FRH has treated us. We have had our rent increased twice since we’ve been in our apartment. The first time, we asked for a small delay in the increase due to him not being paid at the time. They not only declined to delay the increase, but several months later, they increased it yet again. Jenny Jacal is my caseworker at FRH and she made my year. My daughter was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, I am in a wheelchair, and we were told we were going to have to move. I really didn't know how I was going to do it on my own. Then Jenny figured out a way to solve my problem, and I am so grateful to her, to FRH and to God. Jenny Jackel is the best caseworker, thank you for putting her in my life Jesus!
