Working with Jeffco Housing Authority coordinators has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a homeowner. I reported a serious issue with a drain in my home, and they sent a crew that did a cheap, careless job that didn’t fix the problem. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times, but the coordinators have refused to take accountability or send anyone back to do it right. Jefferson County is just in general hiring unqualified people who can’t even properly do their job description or the research it takes to do The job effectively. Didn’t even finish high school I only have a GED and I know more than them. By looking at my resources and doing my own research Chirs couldn’t even point me in the right direction or provide knowledgeable information great help,
Your phone system isn't working and still has a message about Covid 19. As a disabled citizen of Jefferson County, I am appalled by the way everything is handled. I made my way over and asked about disabled housing, and the front desk didn't know anything and refused to call someone who could help. They also didn't know about the senior housing that's off of 73rd and Sheridan and even said that Footihills doesn't control that property when I had taken a pic of the property info. BE BETTER!
