This place is the WORST. I drive all the way to Rison to Cleveland county to avoid this office. Can’t update their hours, doors locked when they’re supposed to be open. The people are extremely rude. Takes over an hour just to refill a wic card. Took over 3 hours to get certification done for my child. It’s insane. They are super inconvenient and rude and treat you like you’re a burden just for showing up or asking questions.
