Went in to get a birth certificate. Quick, easy, and polite!
They were very nice, and I was able to get my birth certificate pretty fast.

Very rude especially when calling over the phone. I was trying to get ahold of the WIC office (which I was unaware was closed that day & all the numbers I had saved for that specific office kept rerouting me to an appt line or the health department) & when I tried to explain that to the lady I was told "Well first of all they're not even in our building today".....wow....maybe say something kind like "I apologize, but they're not open today and that could be why it's sending you to that appt line, or etc"...
