I contacted them about MY case back in the 80s and wanting the info. Not only did they give me 3 wrong phone numbers “which I had to call back each time” but finally gave me a lady with her address to get the info. Nope! I wrote a letter requesting my medical records and not only the person was wrong but it was a vacant address!!! Wow!
