Over the last two(2) weeks the PARC has held me hostage in the garages located at the Brown theater and the ky center for the arts. In each case it has taken at least 25 minutes to get from my second floor parking spot to the exit pay booth. There was only one person working the booth and only one (1) exit point available. In neither instance was the garage full nor multiple events occurring.. but in both cases a person , I presume ,to be a manager was standing at the exit point. he's nice person
You know, Mike O'Connell is really a piece of work. Now he has put what only he terms as "Legal Fiction" to rest. No more "decfective equipment" pleas in Jefferson County. Mike must need to pad is pocket due to re-election in the near future. May be old Mike and his band of shyster attorneys out to become fiction or history, or just a memory during the next election.
