Avoid this place! There is no professionalism at all. You are better off going to the emergency room if you have an acute issue that may require an X-ray or require someone to discuss results with you. They treat the elderly as if they are incompetent and less than. When you call for information, you are forwarded from one person to the next, and when you do get someone, they either hang up on you or tell you whatever to get you off of the phone. This has been one of my worst experiences at a doctor or dentist office. My appointment was for 10:00 (I arrived on time) and it is 12:15 and I still haven't seen the dentist. When I arrived, there were several people in the office that said that they were walk-ins and one lady that said she arrived late for her appointment, nevertheless I was skipped all over.
