First visit, two major red flags. They “lost” my patient paperwork, the forms they have you fill out that includes all kinds of personal and medical information. They called a few hours after my appointment to see if I brought it home with me when I had left the clipboard with the front desk, as requested. Next flag was my lab results were improperly relayed to me and improperly presented to the doctor by the nurse in notes, saying bloodwork was normal when it is not. During this COVID-19 crisis they are treating their employees horribly! Cutting their pay and firing them to make them reapply! Just horrible! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!

For profit company. Doesn’t care about their employees and would rather make a profit than take care of the people that keep them running. Can safely say JCMG has lost my business. Claim to be about community and family, but don’t care enough to help employees through an already tough time.
