I had to switch to here from another hospital group due to insurance changes. I have been pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff is. The reception in Women's was extremely helpful and quick despite having a whole room of patients. My appointments are always quick and on time.
This place is money hungry, greedy, and they don’t care about you. Went one day and was sick as a dog, doctor told me it was a common cold. Two days later I was way worse and was told by another doctor I needed a covid test. They just charged me an outrageous amount for being in there for maybe 25 mins total in the two days. Covid test don’t cost $150 unless they’re at JCMG I guess. Go anywhere else but here!!
There needs to be a specific delivery area for food. Doordashers miss out on orders because of having to wait in a line just to be told “actually, they’re over there” and then now have to wait in that line for them to say the exact same thing. (That’s not the only reason I left a one star, so don’t worry it was well deserved with how most of the staff is here)
