Nice polite and helpful
Dr. Simmons is the best. He's quick and knows what he is doing and explains what he's doing or going to do during the visit and how it may feel beforehand. My experiences here have been stellar! The office staff are very pleasant and help make you feel welcome.
I DID like this office.. Maybe because it wasn't Lake Regional? I WAS seeing Dr.Simmons.. The other Dr there is very rude & unpleasant so i was happy that Simmons was the opposite. I recently had a surgery scheduled for less than 2wks away. The office calls me to confirm my appt the following day to discuss the surgery then tells me the dr can't do that day anymore. This was scheduled weeks ago. My mother took off wrk to drive THREE hours to watch my kids (7yo & 4mo) so i could have this surgery. The ladies at the office bot... read more
