I am not a patient! However I was picking up my husband from his shift at the hospital across the street. I had my little dog with me and I walked by the building and they had keys n the door open! My husband walked all the way back after working a 12 hour shift to get security and bring the keys to them. After leaving a message on the main number as to where their keys are. I have called multiple times for an appointment for my mother without success. I did speak to a gentleman named James who told me he couldn't make an appointment for me but he assured me someone who contact me to make said appointment. This did not occur so I called and left another message. Your voicemail states that if you don't answer the phone it is because you are caring for another patient, but REALLY???
