new manager, Dan Ferguson, has been taking care of my vehicles for years. after taking over Jefferson car care in sept of 2014 I of course followed. the only place we go is Jefferson car care. Dan is a straight shooter and won't "upsell" every single thing every time you go in. good operation, has ties to Sherwood car care and both been around along time. THANKS DAN AND CREW!!
I worked in the car business for almost 40 years. When we sold the dealership I was concerned about who would take care of my personal cars, but I'm glad to say while shopping for a new set of tires I discovered Jefferson Car Care and Dan, the manager. Not only did I get the best deal on new tires for my Toyota and my girlfriend's Honda, they now take care of all my service needs. Dan is the man. Thank you, Johnny Stassi
Have used them for more than 10 years on older cars without much issue. Friendly, courteous, responsive. However I recently brought a new car in to have a run flat tire replaced; three mechanics installed it with crowbars and scratched the rim in more than 10 different places. It was a hurried, sloppy job, although mine was the only car in the shop at the time. Extremely disappointed with the care and attention to detail.
