I had a terrific experience working with Elliott Falls. Elliott does a lot of things very well. His customer service attitude is incredible and access to local trades and services is unbeatable. Best yacht brokers in Michigan bar none. Professional and reliable.
Horrible customer service. Elliott is rude, manipulative, and a liar. He's not a family man like the "meet our employees" page suggests. I can't believe that a person so vial has a job at a place like this.
