My family and I are so grateful to the entire staff of Jefferson Bank’s Mortgage Loan Office! Anybody in their right mind would realize that a bank with 5 reviews in the last 15 years is struggling!Even any other bank is better than my experience with their mortgage branch every one looked scared that worked there!Absolutely awful! Glad I bank elsewhere. They promise the world don't keep their word and can't deliver. Beware! They will tell you they are a San Antonio Bank..that's not true! ...the bank was taken over years ago. In terms of a loan agent relationship, Keri Moses at Jefferson Bank is pretty stellar. I closed a mortgage with her several months ago in a particularly unique and tricky situation. Keri made it happen, and her team delivered. I have a bullpen of mortgage providers I reference for competitive rates. My real estate agent Carey Morgan recommended Keri though, and when I talked to her, her rates were spot on with the absolute best I could find otherwise.
