The apartment itself is nice. There is enough storage to store our things, and we have not had any pest issues in the past 8 or so months we have lived here. HOWEVER....we have a LONG list of issues, and we will not be renewing our lease because of these: *Management is horrific about follow through. We have had numerous maintenance requests that have taken weeks, or have not been followed through with at all. *I have left several messages via phone, email and Facebook that have gone unanswered.
